I get the following text after enabling boot logging after
my PC reboot prior to completing an update and now the desktop will not load: Loaded driver \??\C:\Program Files\Symantec\SYMEVENT.SYS Loaded driver \??\C:\Program Files\NavNT\NAVAP.sys Loaded driver \??\C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\SYMANT~1\VIRUSD~1 \20031101.023\NAVEX15.sys Loaded driver \??\C:\PROGRA~1\COMMON~1\SYMANT~1\VIRUSD~1 \20031101.023\NAVENG.sys Is there anyway to edit the registry to fix this? |

AFAIK those all appear to indicate success.

Those appear okay to me, however if you cannot get to a desktop I suggest this is Symantec related and has nothing to do with boot logging. You may be able to boot to Safe Mode and un-install the software. Symantec may be your best source of information. All just some ideas FWIW. |
