Error trying to reinstall a printer driver

In windows 2000 professional (on a local computer, not a
server, I get the following error messages:

Error in sysdm.cpl
missing entry: installdevice_rundll
modify registry
failed to set 'a'

How do I resolve this problem?

i think it has sumthing to do with yur registry



sumwhere in there its probably missing the value
installdevice_rundll

i'm not too knowledgable with win2k.. but thats my best bet..
