From Novell 6 to Win2K print question

My company is preparing to move from Novell 6 to Windows
2000/Active Directory and I have been asked to research
some potential printing issues.

Scenario:
We have 2 print servers currently on Novell and want to
use those servers for the Windows environment. Obviously,
we can't use the box for both, so we want to setup
(temporarily) a Win2K server to act as the print server
so we can gradually move clients off of Novell. My
question is; can I move printers from one Win2K box to
another Win2K box without having to remap every user?

Are there any resources (books, web sites, etc.) that you
would recommend checking?
