Sounds like your spooler and advapi32.dll are from different service packs
(maybe a failed Windows update?) Re-installing your current service pack
will probably fix the problem. If not, then run the Windows installer and
choose the repair option. After you do that, re-install the service pack
you're currently using.

Hi, Carey,
My user had sp3 before, I updated to sp4 last Friday, now,
how can I uninstall sp4 because I was just at his desk
tried to re-install sp3, it would not let me, it told me
to install the sp3 update. If I install only window
install for sp3, would that be working?

To remove a service pack, go to Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs.

But I would try re-installing SP4 first.
