This is kind of urgent situation. Sounds like your spooler and advapi32.dll are from different service packs (maybe a failed Windows update?) Re-installing your current service pack will probably fix the problem. If not, then run the Windows installer and choose the repair option. After you do that, re-install the service pack you're currently using. -- Carey Gregory Windows Print Drivers & Components http://www.gw-tech.com |

Hi, Carey,
My user had sp3 before, I updated to sp4 last Friday, now, how can I uninstall sp4 because I was just at his desk tried to re-install sp3, it would not let me, it told me to install the sp3 update. If I install only window install for sp3, would that be working? Thanks again for your help. But I would try re-installing SP4 first. -- Carey Gregory Windows Print Drivers & Components http://www.gw-tech.com |
