Thanks for the info. I've been so busy with everything else that this
is the first chance I've had to check back here. We are using the most current drivers and NTForms is set to Unspecified for all trays. What we ended up doing (and seems to be working so far) is to move the print queue for these two printers to a new Windows 2000 server. I've got two of my Windows 2000 users testing the new printers. The printers/trays are displaying correctly now so I've got my fingers crossed that this will work. I'd still like to know, though, what caused them to change. Thanks again for your help with this.
