Printing errors

Hi Everyone,

I have an interesting situation, I updated our W2K
workstations with the following security patches and now
the user can not print. The are recieving the following
error: "Printer Not Ready", or no dialogue box appears, or
when using an office application like Word or Excel they
recieve; "Excel was generated an unexpected error.
Application will close".

Can some one please help??
