Printing through a network Print server

When I print to my print server it tells me everything
went fine (no errors) but also no printout. How can this
be? Is there some .inf file that I need to create a
script for? Why would my xp pro and print server
(linkmax) both think that a page is successfully printing
out of my canon multi-pass F50 if there is no page being
printed out? Anyone ever heard of such a thing?
