After SP4 upgrade, cannot print to Netware

I have several machines running Windows 2000 pro SP3.
They have Novell Client 4.83 SP2 installed and connect to
a Netware 3.12 server.

After upgrading the machines to SP4, the machines can no
longer print to any print queues on the Netware server.

Reinstalling the Novell Client fixed the problem at
first, but after a day it stopped working, and
reinstalling after that did not fix it.

I can't figure out if Novell needs to fix their Client,
or if Microsoft needs to fix Windows.
