Printed Documents remains on the printer

Default Printed Documents remains on the printer


Hi!

I notice that after my user print on a network printer that is connected to
a windows 2000 SP4 server, the spooled document remain on queue and the
status on the printer is printed. I am always deleting the queues and not
happy with that. Hope you might help.

Clear check box "Enable bidirectional support" in ports layer.
