windows 2000 server sp1 i got problem please help me!!!

i have windows 2000 server sp1(host) and 20 unit windows
Me (clients)
my host pc one week shutdown 1 time, every morning when
start the all client pc(win me) i got one problem is all
network printer cannot print(printer around 10 unit) and
sometime client pc hang, now my solution is shutdown all
pc and restart hostr pc. sometime is ok printer can used
but sometime cant, i hope u all can help me solve this
problem
all printer is connect to pc, when printer cant printer i
can access all pc hard disk network is connect only the
printer cant print
and all is fix ip
