Default Security Policy component fails with Snap-in Failed to Initialize error msg

The subject line pretty much says it all...

I tried going into the Local Security Policy editor to set up a VPN link and
the error message about the Snap in showed up. It also gave a CLSID number
as well. Any ideas as to how to restore the Security Policy Editor??

Thanks
Norm

Never mind.... leave it to the help/search tools... and an update to the
path variable...
