Default Lock down desktop

Folks:

How do I go about preventing a user from right-mouse
clicking the desktop and changing the settings? Is there a
Group Policy item that I can invoke to prevent this?

thanks!

Default Lock down desktop

gpedit.msc

User config -> Admin templates -> Desktop

Enable Active Desktop and you can lock them down so all
they can do is just sit there and stare.

Hey JButton - thanks!

Actually, in XP Pro, Active Desktop is enabled and then
you need to edit the following setting: User config ->
Admin templates -> Desktop -> Hide and Disable all items
on the desktop.
