Aborted critical update file transfer - I'm screwed

I aborted the critical update file transfer of several
files. Don't ask me why. When I went back to restart
the transfer XP acted like all files had been
successfully transfered which I know was not the case. I
guess I'm screwed now because I know of no way to finish
the transfer.
