Scripting Prompt

How do I get rid of the box popping up to notify of
scripts running? It also had prompt boxes for Active X
and Java Applet.......I must have changed things
accidently because this just started happening....I think
I downloaded something from my provider to make things a
little more secure. I do not have the boxes checked to
have this done through my Norton Systemworks.
