help please

Hello,

Does anyone know how to enable remove and change buttons in the add/remove control panel for my msi package. When I do the installation as an admin I got all of the buttons. but when I advertise the product and a restricted user installed the program(elevated privileges). i don't get any button in the add remove panel.Please help me ASAP
