Default Error on Windows 2003 server


I'm trying to install Veritas Backexec 9.1 on Windows 2003 server act as
domain controller.I receive this event.

Event ID 1015

Source:MsiInstaller

Failed to connect to server. Error: 0x800401F0



I tried with msiexec /regserver butt nothing works.Any idea?
