Can't see exchance/file servers after patch update

after updating my Windows XP pro with security patches, i
can't see the domain servers files/printers. I am also
unable to log into the domain and use Exchange.

It will eventually lock me out of the domain if i try to
read the files to many times.

Can you please help.
