Patch / security download crashed my computer

I got the Blaster Worm and installed a patch. Then I
thought it would be good to install all of the past
security updates that I hadn't installed. After 5 hours
of downloading my computer instructed me to "RESTART",
which I did. When I went to turn my computer back on I
received the following messages:

winlog.exe entry point not found
X The entry point AssocIsDangerous coud not be located in
the dynamic link library SHLWAPI.dll

next - message:

User Interface Failure

The logon user interface DLL msgina.dll failed to load.

Contact your system admininstrator to replace the DLL, or
retore the original DLL.
Restart

I click restart and it sends me back to the first
message.
