Default Stubborn Trojan JS/Noclose

Can anyone suggest how to remove this Trojan? I found
the .HTM file in C:\Windows\Temporary Internet
Files\Content.IE5 and deleted it, and also disabled System
Restore (Windows XP Pro), but after restarting the PC
(several times!) it's always back. A file search for
additional .HTMs comes up with nothing. Where else is it
hidden??? Thanks.
