Default policy to force computers to restart at specific time

Is there a policy or registry setting that can be
configured so computers will reboot each day at a
specific time, say 5:00 AM?

We're having users leave their machines on overnight
because of SUS, but they need to be rebooted for another
application to work

Push a script out (via Startup script in GPO) and leverage the scheduler or
the AT command to accomplish this. Additionally, you can use the 'shutdown'
ResKit tool in Windows 2000, or the same util as shipped with Windows XP.
