Group Policies don't apply on any PCs

I've looked at DCDIAG and everything is ok. The SYSVOL
share is accessible and it seems no one is receiving the
policies set forth. Any ideas or other areas I should
troubleshoot.

I've looked at DCDIAG results, userenv.log and the event
logs. So far no related errors and the problem exists
with all Group Policies.
