Confusing error message in event log

I keep getting this info appearing in the log files, and am unsure as to
what it means or how to resolve it:

that network adapter Realtek RTL8139 Family PCI Fast Ethernet NIC was
connected to the network, and has initiated normal operation over the
network adapter.

that network adapter Realtek RTL8139 Family PCI Fast Ethernet NIC was
disconnected from the network, and the adapter's network configuration has
been released. If the network adapter was not disconnected, this may

This is a 2nd Windows 2003 server that is using the server listed as \\web2
for its DNS, etc.

Any info would be appreciated.
