RPC - momentum 22

I have by accident switched of the RPC service located
under hardware profile - Disable.

It looks that I must have RPC startad to change it back
and set it enabled again. Are there any other way to put
this service back in the hardware "profile 1" than to use
the component service functions.

This is a little it of momentum 22. y the way the syste is
a windows xp.
