no doesn't work. never has.

i was referred to that back in december 2002 when my msn
connection stopped working. that fix never worked. (i
called tech support)

since then i have never been able to connect to a secure
site with IE, have to use netscape or AOL.

and when i tried to dowload the security patch in july
had the same thing.

now had the worm (cleaned it) but still neither the sp 1,
sp 1a or worm patch will install without the update.inf
error.
