Star Wars Galaxies - mulitple instances

Hello - I'm lookin for some help running two clients on the same
computer for Star wars galaxies . I have 2 accounts and have tried the
user.cfg as well as a number of other suggestions from the forums of Swg with
no luck as of yet.
I get the first client loaded fully and ALT-TAB and start
second client , when i start the second client within 2-3 seconds the second
client gives a "not responding" message in Task Manager.
I have a AMD 3200 with 1g ram and a 9800pro vid card. I've run 2
clients successfully on my other computer (before it died , R.I.P /sniff ) so
I'm at a little bit of a loss as to what the problem may be.
