Problem with Password filter functions

Hi,

if i use the function "PasswordFilter" the "lsa" proccess is terminated and
the computer is rebooted.

If i change a password in ActiveDirectory the function
"PasswordChangeNotify"
will be called 3 times.

Who has for this an explanation?
