Norton Antivirus Downloads

Recent attempts to update my norton anity virus security
are met with the following note AFTER it is all downloaded
and ready to install...."Windows XP 5.1.2600 Service Pack 1
Common Client Core 1.0.3 Could not find installation path
for at least one component".

Please advise if there is a known solution.

You need to be checking with Symantec as NAV belongs to them and not MS.
