windows 2000 active directory.

And now I would like to restore it .

is there a way to do that??

note: i have reinstalled DNS again but the configuration
for the active directory is lost.

Just re-add the zone, primary or AD integrated set the zone to allow dynamic
updates, restart the Netlogon service and run ipconfig /registerdns and
ipconfig /flushdns on the DC. All other machines that register in DNS, will
need to have ipconfig /registerdns & ipconfig /flushdns ran on them, too to
flush the negative cached answers.
