Other than the obvious of putting the CDROM in and running setup, I'm not
really sure what you're asking here. You do know that Exchange 2000 requires
AD? So I guess, simply, if the DNS server is a member of a domain, and you
really want to install it on a DNS server, then go for it.

Other than the obvious, what exactly is it your asking? Are you having
errors or difficulties or is it a scenario based question?
