Lonnie;
If the computer is still operational, follow this link:
http://www.webtree.ca/windowsxp/repair_xp.htm
Look for "View Product Key XP" near the bottom.

If that is not possible and Windows XP is retail, contact Microsoft:

If Windows XP is OEM, contact the seller, Microsoft can not help.

Also, please do not use ALL CAPS in newsgroups.
ALL CAPS is considered shouting and rude.
