could not include all the controls into my VB application

sir/madam,
In my windows 2000 professional system(client) connected
with windows 2000 server , (logon with domain user acount)
when ever i include some of the advanced components in
visual basic (for eg: a server socket component) i was
said that "permission denied" .
But when i logon with an administator account in my
client machine i can include all my components.
please try to sole me the above problem.
