Application Error (IIS 5.0)

Hai..!

We have received the following error for IIS in Windows
Event Viewer...!

We are Using:

Windows 2000 Server with SP4
IIS 5.0 (configured 3 website)
Database (another Windows 2000 Server)

Suddenly, we have proablem while accessing the Website
that we cannot
put the data and accessing in one of the Website which is
running IIS
5.0. (the database in separate server)...!

Please guide us,

1) What was the Error cause?
2) What is the solution?

I couldn't find any solution from internet...Please HELP
us reg
this..coz..we should access our website as soon as
possible...Thx in
