That's excelent news, this whole patent situation looks very worrying, nice to know there is at least one non-hostile company.

I not only admire IBM's philosophy but also like thier products and recalling some of them that I have used over the years:

IBM Ball type typewriter in the early 80's
IBM PS1 desktop PC mid to late 80's
IBM PS2 early 90's
IBM Laptops (currently using the second unit from T Series)
