installing SDK

I hope some body can point me in the right direction. I
have down loaded SDK (have alreadt installed Framework)
all I can find is the documentation. I can find no type
of the correct .exe file but can launch several of the
utillitys. is there a link some body can give me to a
good site for newbies or give me a hint to fix this
situation.

Did the installation create a directory with a name like: <C:\program
files\Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2003\SDK\v1.1>? If so, they should be in
the \bin directory.
