AxWebBrowser & MDI form not working

Hello all,
I'm struggling. I have a windowsform with a AxWebBrowser control on it.
If I set its MDIParent property it will not display the web page and hangs
with a blank white screen. If I don't set the MDIParent property the form
displays correctly (not as the MDI child as expected) and the AxWebBrowser
control works and displays my page correctly. The software is written in
VB.net.

Please help me...
