RichTextBox - XSLT

Hello,

1. How do I set RichTextBox object to XSLT/XSL format?

2. How do I set RichTextBox object to point to a custom
XSLT intellisense file?

(What I am looking for is having same XSLT editor
capability as that of VS.NET in my application)
