Default How to create floating dockable window or toolbar?

Hi!
How to create floating dockable window or toolbar?
MSDN says that "The Form class can be used to create standard, tool,
borderless, and _floating_ windows". It's all information about floating
windows that M$ can open for community from it's great proprietary
portfolio?!?? Or more detailed descriptions are exists somewhere?
I need something like CoolBar from IBM's Eclipse SWT.

WBR, Ilya
