HHelp - WM2003 SE - keyboard and minimize box issue

Hi,
Please help - we are porting our app from WM2003 to WM2003 SE.
The toolbar has stopped working properly - but this is a known issue,
and we worked around - but now, pressing the keyboard sometimes
does not respond for 10-15 seconds.
Same for the minimize button.
We tried on several devices, so this is not device specific.
Please help us - we passed our deadline.
