Default in Front Page 2003 HTM HTML


In FP I have to change the ext on 1000 documents. Does it matter whether I
use HTM or HTML. Word prefersw HTM

Why do you have to change the file extensions?

I also wonder "why", but to answer - no - it does not matter - htm or html
both work fine. I personally use htm

change from *.doc to htm etc

You need to save (convert) the document from Word as HTML, not just renaming the files, as renaming
a file doesn't change it's file type.
