Default Hit counter for linked PowerPoint files

I have a web page that has links to some PowerPoint-generated web pages. I
have successfully set up a hit counter for the primary web page, but would
like to know how often users are clicking on the links. Is there a way to
embed a hit counter into the PowerPoint-generated pages? They have the
extension .mht, if that helps. If there is no way to embed a hit counter
into the file, is there an alternative way to track the access frequency of
the linked files?

Thanks.

No. The only option would be if you host provide you with access to the server log files for your
domain.
