submission ... Not Found

I've uploaded my page to an FTP site and have been testing the page without
any luck. When I press submit, I get the following error:

mywebsite.com/--WEBBOT-SELF--

It reads:
NOT FOUND. The requested docuemnt was not found on this server. Web Server
at mywebsite.com.

What does this mean? And, how can I correct this?

My page is at appl.sdistaffing.com/entake.com. Your help is most
appreciated. Thank you!

You must use File Menu | Publish Web / Site via http://www.yourdomainname.com to a server that has
the FP extensions for any of the FP run-time features to work, such as forms.
