Default how do i change local web site in frontpage 2003?

Unfortunately my local web site add. and my remote web site are reversed, and
I can't change the remote add without first changing the local. How do I
update Frontpage to the correct local web site location on my harddrive?
Right now I am publishing everything in reverse. Thanks

Open the local Web in Frontpage and do your changes. Then publish to the
online Web.
