control content in a discussion group

I have created a discussion group in front page 2003 I posted it online and
it worked great, but I would really like to preview what people post online
before it is posted to control what is put online. How can I do this in
frontpage 2003

Set up a form where they can mail their submissions to you. Then remove
the posting form from the online discussion. Make additions offline and
publish.
