Default MS Commerce Manager?

Is anyone out there successfully integrating their FP website with Commerce
Manager?

Please free to contact me directly- I'm interested in your opinions and
comments.

Default RE: MS Commerce Manager?

I see this is an old post. I have integrated my FP website with commerce
manager. My problem, however, is the commerce wizard does not function
properly for me and the help desk can't help. The wizard allows you to upload
your product catalogue directly to your website without having it in the
bCentral database exclusively. I believe doing this would enhance Search
Engine Optimization and Google indexing.

I have had issues with the Front Page Add-in and running the wizard which
downloads your product info from Commerce Manager and creates pages in
FrontPage. I was able to successfully run the wizard ONCE but it took all
night. Since then, I have been unable to run the wizard and MS has been
unable to assist me with this problem.

They have also consistently told me that I had "too many products", which is
odd, since the program is supposed to support up to 10K and I had less than
that. There are many other features too long to list that are troublesome
with this product. Because I have already spent 3.5 months preparing my
database and website for use with this program I am too deep to go back.

This is somewhat of a hunch, but go here: http://www.95isalive.com/fixes/fpclean.htm
and download the FP Cleaner utility.

Run the "Clear FrontPage "Temporary" Files" and the "Clear FrontPage Web Cache files (*.web)"
functions.
