Default FrontPage2003 & SharePoint (Permission Issue)

In frontpage when you insert an image into an html file and save it, it will
ask you where you would like the image uploaded (what directory). There is
also a "Change" button that allows you to change the relative folder.

Can someone please tell me what permission needs to be set in order for the
user to be able to do that? We are using Windows SharePoint (Document
Libraries) connected to FrontPage2003. I'm an administrator so I do not
have this problem. I can change the folder to whatever, but other users we
are trying to restrict their access. This is one area in which we can't
figure out what permission allows the user to do it.

Thanks.
- Jeff
