Downloading multiple images from a MAC client

Hi all,
I have had several complaints that MAc users cannot download multiple
images from a picture library..
The error relates to not having IE 5.5 or higher.
Is there a patch download or similar solution that anyone knows of

Show me the page, please. Or show me a link that fails. I can't think of
anything that would generate this error.
