Hi,
I've included an "include page" feature on my index.html page however I've updated the "include page" but the additional hyperlink is not showing up on my index.html page. I've saved, refreshed to exhaustion. If I open up the include page my change is definitely there but the older version is still the one that is present on my homepage. Any ideas??? I have FP2000. Thanks, Bob Lyons |

Make sure you open FrontPage, then open your web, then open and edit the include and save it, then
publish. -- Steve Easton Microsoft MVP FrontPage 95isalive This site is best viewed............ ........................with a computer "boblyons" <boblyons@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:7FC5AE17-96B2-4A49-A681-12AB652E436C@microsoft.com... > Hi, > I've included an "include page" feature on my index.html page however > I've updated the "include page" but the additional hyperlink is not showing > up on my index.html page. Hi,
I think I narrowed it down. It's not that the page is not updating but the hyperlinks text remains invisible or white. On my include page, I have changed the font colors but to no avail. It comes up looking invisible when I go to any page that has the include page. I have pipes | in between the hyperlink text, would this possibly be causing my issue. The include page is really a series of cells but I am perplexed on why these hyperlinks are appearing as white. I can highlight them and they are there. The link colours have to be set on the page showing the links, not
necessarily the include page (though that helps when building the include page ).If, on the include page, the link colours are set in the <body> tag, or in CSS in the <head> section, these settings will not be copied to the pages using that include. Either copy the CSS to each page or use external CSS sheet linked to each page. -- Ron Symonds (Microsoft MVP - FrontPage) Reply only to group - emails will be deleted unread.
