Default Speed of dynanmic html effects

On my index page I have text that I am trying to apply some of the
"dynamic html" effects to, but I would like to adjust the speed by
which these things are zooming, flying, etc. How do I do that?
Thanks.

It is possible to do the effects timing, however, without the FP components,
