Graphic not loading for some viewers??

We have just published a new index page to our site and have had some
complaints that one of the 4 graphics is not loading for *some* people
viewing the page.

A handful of people are saying they are getting a square of the old
background in place of one of the graphics....

I have checked the page now on 6 different PC's with both Netscape and IE
and all appears fine...I have even had friends check thepage on their PC with
both browsers and they claim it is fine....

Anyone have any ideas or suggestions??

Sounds like a popup blocker. What is the HTML name of the graphic, and what
are its dimensions?
