Default drop down menus , counters

i am using front page 2003
my 1st question is can i have a counter that is hidden from the public if
so how do i go about this

my 2nd question is how do i get a drop down menu like the ones i see on
sites where when you put the cursor over with out clicking it the menu drops
down
for example if i have a contact us tab when the cursor is on the tab i wan,t
it to drop down with the names of the staff so you can choose who to contact
and then link the name to there email adress

3rd the cursor line has dissapeared how do i get it back its kind of hard to
type with out seeing it my back ground is lite grey
thanks
